Shipping Rates and Policies

Our Shipping Terms: 

Altogether Inflatables is pleased to offer discounts on standard UPS Ground shipments and reasonable rates on truck and special shipping.  Some online retailers lower the cost of their products but then actually mark up shipping costs to recover it!  We don't think that makes sense and it seems deceptive.  Instead, at Altogether Inflatables, we are able to obtain volume based shipping rate discounts and we, in turn, pass those savings along to the customer.   Shipping costs are variable, based on the weight of the item ordered, its bulkiness or size, the source of shipment and the destination.  There are also additional costs if you need the order expedited.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the ship to location and the specific characteristics of the order, using our discounted shipping accounts.  Generally, we are able to get some of the lowest shipping rates around because we ship so much.  And we pass those savings along to you.  The following specific guidelines apply to Altogether Inflatable products, depending on the manufacturer.

Our shipping rates are for the continental US only -- contact us for a shipping estiment for orders to Hawaii or Alaska or for international shipments.

Aquaglide Products

Orders for Aquaglide products are shipped within three business days of order receipt.  Orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. For packages over 150 pounds, freight service may need to be used.  If you want a shipping estimate prior to purchase, please call toll free at:  855-289-4657 extension 1.

Amundson Products

Orders for Amundson products are shipped within three business days of order receipt. Paddleboards are shipped via DHL Ground service  and will include an additional $70 oversized package shipping fee. Shipping takes 5 business days and orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  Paddles and accessories are shipped via UPS Ground. 

SwimLine Products

Orders for SwimLine products are shipped within two business days of order receipt. All products are shipped via UPS Ground service.

Airhead Products

Orders for Airhead products are shipped within three business days of order receipt. All products are shipped via UPS Ground service.

Sea Eagle Products

Orders for Sea Eagle products are shipped within three business days of order receipt. All products are shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise noted.
