Aquaglide Product Returns

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. To receive credit for returns, contact Altogether Inflatables Customer Care by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone toll free at 855-289-4657 Ext. 1 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
To submit a manufacturer’s warranty claim related product return, please contact Altogether Inflatables by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone toll free at 855-289-4657 Ext 1. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to submit your claim to the manufacturer.
